Return window

You can return most items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Eligible for return

• Item received damaged or defective
• Wrong item delivered
• Item significantly different from the product description
• Sealed product opened and found to be non-functional

Not eligible for return

• Items returned after 7 days of delivery
• Used, scratched, or physically damaged items (by customer)
• Items without original packaging or accessories
• Consumable items once opened

How to request a return

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email
2. Share your order number and photos of the issue
3. We'll confirm eligibility and arrange pickup or drop-off
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund

Refund method & timeline

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
